Working with the Skytop team was a complete pleasure. They provided the best value for the best price. They completed the work in an unbelievable way with amazing results. They took care of everything from getting the permit from the city, arranging the before and after and left the property as it was before. The new roof and new gutters are a simply stunning and the house now look as new. I would highly recommend Skytop construction for any roof repairs or full roof replacement. From the first meeting to the last ,Ricardo and Jose helped me through it all. Such as which materials to choose , which would last longer . To helping me keep a budget but still getting a good qualified job done .  They had great communication and  got the job done in a timely manner , leaving no mess when they left . They took care of all the running around for me , getting the permit , dumpster and all the materials needed for the job. I met this family team in my neighborhood after they finished work on another house. My job was small and something I'd been putting off for some time.  But once I showed them my challenges (leaky vents, moss-covered shingles) they jumped right on it within minutes, did the job safely and efficiently, and completed it same day for a fair price. They found issues I didn't even ask them to look for and threw in repairs without changing the agreed price. I called for an estimate for a roof shingle repair.   He came out the same day. Took a look and said he could do it today. The shingles around the skylights were buckling because there was no 1/4” to 3/8 “ gap.  He cut them shorter, caulked and nailed them.  Hard working, honest, and a very reasonable price. I hired Jose and crew (Skytop Construction) to redo my parent’s roof. Jose was always extremely professional, up front, and available for any questions. My parents thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and really appreciated how kind is working crew was for the day. Skytop was in and out in one day, stripping the entire roof, and installing a much better product. To finish off the job, he sends you a series of pictures to show you exactly what they accomplished and how it looks from below and the rooftop. I would recommend Skytop to anyone.
