I had a great experience with Skytop Construction. They were very personable and easy to work with, and they got the job done efficiently. My garage roof was in really bad shape, with severe rot and even a hole, but they repaired everything. They replaced the damaged wood, installed a new rubber roof, and added a barrier layer. The finished roof looks great and feels like a huge improvement from what was there before. What really stood out to me was how well they cleaned up after the project—there was no construction debris left behind. With other roofing companies, I’ve found nails in my yard afterward, which is always frustrating, but that wasn’t the case here at all. Our front gutters fell off during the March 2026 windstorm. I was tired of constantly climbing a 30-foot ladder to try to nail them back on. I called out for a few quotes on Tuesday. Skytop Construction was at my house on Wednesday and I had an estimate that night for a complete gutter replacement with and without leaf/pine needle guard. I was extremely pleased with the quote and signed with Skytop that evening. We were referred to Skytop by friends who had used them at their house and had been impressed with the work. Based on all of the trees near my house, we went with the heavy mesh to keep out leaves and pine needles. A crew of 5 arrived at my house at 7:00AM on Saturday. All of the workers were polite, professional and extremely hard working. The crew worked the entire day and the job was completed on the same day that they started. When the job was completed, Ricardo walked me around the house. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work and materials. Skytop took over 100 photos of the project to document the professionalism of their work. I couldn't have been happier with the price and outcome of the project.
